Hi I'm Pierluigi Gigliofiorito, medical surgeon specialized in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, with offices in Milan e Caserta.
We deal with body and face cosmetic surgery and advanced aesthetic medicine, with a modern, scientific and personalized approach.

I graduated in Medicine with full marks from the Catholic University of Rome , and then specialized in Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery at the Campus Bio-Medico in Rome , under the guidance of Prof. Persichetti.

Since the early years of my education I have shown a deep interest in aesthetics and research innovative and natural techniques.
I had the opportunity to train abroad, in France, United States, Argentina and Colombia, working side by side with some of the greatest surgeons in the world.

Alongside my surgical practice, I have brought my sense of beauty to aesthetic medicine by founding Dr. Lips . Many of you may have heard of it. It's one of the finest practices in Italy and certainly a benchmark for innovation and technique.

The project was born in 2018 with the lawyer Daniele Nicolini, an expert in healthcare matters.

International training

A Paris, I spent almost a year next to the Dr. Gerbault and  Dr. Le Louarn, which have revolutionized facial surgery and post-weight loss body contouring.
In United States, I studied with the Dr. Roger Khouri in Miami, pioneer of breast augmentation with autologous adipose tissue, and with the Dr. Dennis Hammond in Grand Rapids, one of the world's leading experts in breast surgery.
In South America, I deepened the aesthetic approach with the Dr. Brana in Argentina and the Dr. Del Rio in Colombia, who I consider my mentors.

These experiences gave me the vision South American body contouring, Where harmony and proportionsthey matter more than just volume.
This is where my passion for it was born. advanced liposuction, the lipodefinition and treatments for the buttocks, which today represent a central part of my surgical activity.

Dr. Lips and the revolution of dynamic fillers

Alongside my surgical practice, I wanted to bring the same pursuit of balance and naturalness to aesthetic medicine by founding Dr. Lips , a project born in 2018 together with Attorney Daniele Nicolini , an expert in health law.

We have developed the technique iLIPS and, subsequently, introduced the concept of dynamic fillers, a new generation of treatments that adapt to facial expressions, for results natural, expressive and personalized.
Today Dr. Lips is recognized as one of the points of reference in Italy for innovation, safety and advanced aesthetic results.

Training and dissemination

In addition to medical and surgical activities, I also have training courses For doctors and colleagues entering the world of aesthetic medicine, it offers a solid practical and scientific foundation for building a conscious and quality career.
They are author of scientific articles published in international journals and I participated as a guest at Television programs including One Morning with the Family on Rai 1, addressing issues of aesthetics and facial well-being.

My philosophy

I believe in a holistic approach to aesthetics, which combines inner well-being with external harmony.
For this reason, in my team they collaborate nutritionists, personal trainers and mental well-being specialists, to accompany each patient on a journey of complete rebirth.

I didn't want to create a classic website full of listed interventions, but a personal blog , updated by me, where each article arises from real questions from patients and is explored in depth with text, video, and audio to make the information accessible to everyone.

An open dialogue with patients

My goal is to create a direct, transparent and human relationship.
Every blog post is an invitation to discussion, and every visit is an opportunity to explain, educate, and build trust.

True aesthetics is not about changing who you are, but about enhancing who you already are.
