 Introduction

Lip filler is no longer just a matter of volume. More and more patients want a result. natural, expressive and in tune with facial movementsTo meet this need, I developed a exclusive dynamic lip filler technique, which works on shape, projection and fluidity, enhancing every smile.

What is dynamic lip filler?

It is a treatment based on highly modulable hyaluronic acid, performed with an advanced and personalized technique, which allows you to:

  • improve volume and contour of the lips
  • preserve natural mobility
  • avoid the “stuck” or static effect
  • respect the anatomy and expressiveness of the face

What makes this technique different

🔹 Dynamic microdeposit technique: controlled and distributed injections to follow the natural muscular tension of the lips
🔹 Millimetric customization: each patient has a unique lip shape
🔹 Use of soft and cohesive fillers: products that integrate into fabrics without rigidity
🔹 Immediate result that improves over time

The role of post-lip filler massage

After the execution of the dynamic lip filler, the gentle massage of the treated area represents a fundamental phase to guarantee a harmonious and uniform result. I wrote a article on this topic that I invite you to read! During the treatment, I personally perform some targeted micro-movements to promote even distribution of the product and adapt it to the natural anatomy of the lips.

In the following hours, no massage is required from the patient, unless explicitly indicated during the follow-up visit. This is because the dynamic technique I use allows the filler to integrate perfectly into the fabrics, following the physiological muscular tensions of the moving lip, without the need for intense manipulations.

In case of mild swelling, it may be useful apply ice intermittently, but avoiding prolonged pressure or rubbing in the first two days.
